Transitional Heights is designed to support transitioning people from a variety of life experiences. With focus on individuals transitioning to retirement, disability and from foster care. While the system works with all types of age groups it is specifically meant to service those demographics. Working closely through plans for those mapping out retirement we offer coaching to assists with making the best possible decision for extended ranges of life. We offer consulting to law firms handling disability clients to assure requirements are met to receive best out comes. We offer youth as they age out of the system guidance, direction and a clear path toward independent living. Recognizing the limitations and challenges of the current system, our goal is to empower young people to transition from dependence into self- sufficient, purpose driven adulthood.

I have been in social work for more than 20 years. Specifically in Government service with Department of Family services with the State of Missouri and the Social Security Administration. I have successfully navigated the laws and policies to assure program integrity while assisting community with services needed for survival.
